Founder, Owner & Managing Director – Melbourne, Australia

Brenda is a clinical psychologist, social outcomes measurement consultant and outcomes systems technical expert. She is passionate about working with social change organisations to identify, measure and maximise their social impact.

In addition to outcomes measurement services, Brenda also provides psychologically based organisational consultation services, including specialist workplace coaching, workplace psychological health, complex service model and program development and change management consultation.

She divides her time between SquaredImpact and her small private psychology practice in Melbourne (BMD Psychology Consulting).
